These are a few of my favorite things...

Landry has been really alert lately and has been using a lot of her activity toys.



She really loves her activity mat. She also does tummy time at it.


Her Bumbo is one of her new activities. She has just learned how to sit up and this helps her. She loves to sit in it and watch me in the kitchen.


Her swing is her absolute favorite thing. She could sleep in this all day if we would let her. She loves the birds on the top of it.



Her chair is one of the new activities we have started. We put it in her pack n play and set her at the window. The window has become her new T.V.

I am so glad she has started to play in these activity toys. She is really starting to be alert and enjoy doing other things besides sitting in my lap!

Paw-Paw's 80th Birthday Party

On April 1st, my Paw-Paw will turn 80! My Paw-Paw is very special to me. I have a lot of great memories of growing up with him. We celebrated by having a party at my parents house.

This is the family birthday hat. We make everyone wear it on their birthday.


My cousin Chase's Birthday was Thursday, so we made him wear it too! He turned 18, so he probably hates that I posted this picture.

My mom's cousin, Belinda and her daughter Ally came into town for the occasion. Belinda did a wonderful job with Landry.

My First Day in Sunday School

Today was Landry's first day to go to the nursery. She did such a good job. She slept most of the time, then ate and then was held the rest of the time! She's not going to be spoiled at all!

This weekend my parents and Tim and I took Landry to Galveston. This was a weekend of firsts for her. Her first car trip, her first time at the beach and her first mini vacation. She did so good being out of town. She slept better there then she does here! I think we wore her out!

My Busy Weekend

We had such a fun weekend! I am so tired that I slept the whole way home!

1 Month Old

Yes, I am a few days behind on this, but Landry turned 1 month on the 4th. I cannot believe my baby is a month old already! Where does the time go? Here are a few things I have learned about Landry over the past month.

1. She does not like to wait for her bottle to warm up, when she is hungry, she is hungry!
2. She is a good morning napper and a good afternoon napper, but after 4 don't even try to put her down!
3. She likes to hold my finger while she is eating. It is the sweetest thing, and I know it is special because she only does it with me.
4. She loves to look at Angel. She will just stare at her like she really knows what is going on.
5. She loves to be outside. We go for walks and she usually stays awake to look around.

Dinner with Brady Boozer

Last week, the Boozers brought us dinner and Brady got to hold Landry for the first time. I just know these two are going to have fun growing up together!

Trip to the Zoo

Last week, my sister and I took Landry and the little girl that Dani keeps to the Fort Worth Zoo. We had a blast! Landry of course had no clue what she was looking at, but I still told her anyways. I can't wait for many more zoo trips this summer.
