The most random post ever

Happy Christmas Week!  I am so excited this week is here.  I'm off work until the new year, and we start Christmasing on Thursday!  Here are some things we have been up to the past week.

Last Monday, my dad, Dani, Landry and I went shopping for my mom.  This is a tradition we do every year.  We have done it since Dani and I were 10 and 6 I think.  Landry gets to come along too and help pick out Mimi's gifts.  You can tell in this picture that she just wanted to shop, not stop and take a picture by the big Christmas tree! 

Saturday night we went out to dinner with some old friends.  When I say old, I mean old!  My mom and Aunt Tammy have been friends since the 6th grade.  Aunt Tammy had Aime'e July 1 and then 19 days later I came along.  Aunt Tammy had Taryn June 4 and 25 days later Dani came along.  We have been friends since the womb.  It has been a long time since we have all gotten together so we made it happen Saturday night.  Bobby and Tim got to come too.

So, let me explain this picture.  If you don't know by now, Bobby is the fun uncle.  He loves to play with Landry's toys and he cannot sit still, so he is constantly playing with her.  She loves it, and we do too, because it keeps her occupied at dinner.  He was putting his hands between her arms to make it look like they were her arms.  Does that make sense?  It did in my head.  Please excuse her hair, her bow had fallen out in the process.

Sunday night, we celebrated Tim's Birthday with his parents and sister.  His mom makes him the same cake every year, because it is the only one he will eat!

Today is Tim's actual Birthday.  He and I went to The Keg Steakhouse.  Oh my goodness, it was so yummy and we stuffed ourselves silly!
