14 Weeks

How far along? 14 weeks, 1 Day

Size of the Bambino? The size of a Nectarine.
Maternity Clothes? For the most part, yes. I seemed to of “popped” earlier this time, so I’ve pretty much transitioned into them full time.
Weight Gain? I gained 3 pounds as of my last appointment.
Stretch Marks? Heavens no, and I pray I won’t get them. I never did with Landry, so hopefully I won’t this time either.
Gender? Tim and I both think Boy.
Name? We have a girls name picked out, and have narrowed down the boys name to a couple we like.
Sleep? I’m starting to get up about once a night to pee, but other than that, still sleeping soundly.
Cravings? This go around I have been craving salty. I’ll pass on cake, but give me french fries, and I’m good to go!
What I Miss? Nothing really
Symptoms? Other than the slight headache every now and then, I’m feeling great!
Belly Button? Still in, thank goodness.
Best Moment? Telling Landry and seeing the baby on the sonogram again. Landry had her suspensions that something was up, but I didn’t want to say anything until we knew all was good. She’s been so sweet to me about it. Always rubbing my back and my belly. I know she is going to be the best big sister. Also last week, we had my 12 week appointment and got to see the baby again. I love seeing him/her wriggling around in my belly. Such a sweet sight.
