Hayden turns Two!

On October 11, Hayden Timothy turned two years old. It's still unbelievable to me that two years has passed since he went from this boy

To this little boy

He is the best kid. He has the sweetest personality and is always smiling. It's always a compliment to me when people ask me is he always this happy. My answer is usually yes. 

He loves to be funny. If he makes you laugh with something he said it did he will repeat it until you tell him to stop 

He talks all the time. If it's just him and I in the car he will ask me the same questions over and over and just keep talking. He is finally saying a few words at a time and trying to put sentences together. He knows everyone in our families names, and will constantly just say their names wondering where they are. 

I think one of the biggest things to happen to him this year was his "brobee". I knew Landry was excited for Brody to be born but Hayden had no clue what was going on and just like he always does just went with the flow. I noticed after a few times of seeing him he would say brobee and had no clue what he was saying. Then one day we facetimed Dani and Brody and he yelled brobee into the phone and I realized he was saying Brody the whole time. He loves him. He knows when it's almost time for them to get to our house and waits by the door. 

He adores Angel. They are best buds. At least in Hayden's eyes! 

He loves Landry. He already looks up to her and watches everything she does and tries to emulate her. I know he bothers her a lot and she would never tell you this, but secretly I think she loves it. He loves going in her room and playing in there with her. I love their relationship right now. They fight a lot don't get me wrong, but they also love each other very much 

I call him my shadow. If I move, he moves. If I sit down, he sits down, usually in my lap no less. He always wants to know where I am and I love that! 

He is a mini Tim. I mean he's always looked just like him but he also has his personality. He's so soft spoken and funny and just a pleaser like Tim. 

The weekend before his birthday we had his party. I love a fun party theme and with his birthday falling right in the middle of the fair I thought that would be a great idea. I was right. It turned out really cute and I had the easiest time coming up with ideas. Here are the pics of the food. 

One of the girls who used to work for Tim, her mom makes these really cute wreathes and I had her make one for his party. It turned out so cute!

The cake. I had this idea I told my cake lady of a big corny dog and she ran with it. I loved the end result!

It was the best party! Our boy had so much fun! 

My parents were out of town for Hayden's party so on that Sunday of his actual birthday we had all our family over to celebrate our big two year old. He got some really nice things this year and now my house is overrun with toys!

I love that you look just like your daddy with a sprinkle of me in there. From the day you were born I have called you our cherry on top. That analogy fits you to a tee. You are our sweet cherry and we love you lil man!
