Too Cute Tuesday

This week's picture is the one I sent out for her Halloween card. We took about 20 different pictures and this was by far my favorite she took. I love this look on her face like "why do I have to sit out here and take a million different pictures, mom?"

Also, I just love that pumpkin hat on her, too cute!

You're The One That I Want

What a great weekend! We three were busy little bee's this weekend.

Friday, Tim and I took Angel and Landry to the park. It was such a nice day out that we decided to walk. Landry and Angel both love our walks. Once we got there we were surprised to find... mud! We had forgotten about the monsoon we got last week and the whole playground was muddy. Oh well, we came to play! Landry loved the swing. Angel loved the mud!

Saturday, Tim got sick and ended up staying in bed most of the day. Not fun! Landry and I went to my work's Halloween party and had a blast! I did not get one picture though.

Sunday, we had our youth groups costume party. Tim and I decided to go as Danny and Sandy from Grease. Landry was our lil pink lady. We had such a great time making toilet paper mummies, bobbing for apples and looking at all the cute costumes our kids wore. Landry and Austin were of course the center of attention. Austin, you make the cutest lil penguin! We also decided to put Robbie's wig on Landry and Austin. They didn't think it was as funny as we did!

Oh So Fabulous

So, my girl Shay has deemed me Fabulous! Wow, what an honor. I have been called many things before, but I love being called Fabulous!

I am to list five things I'm obsessed with and then pass the award on to the five most fabulous blogs I know... Here goes

1. My new obsession is the power bagel from Einstein Bros. Bagels. My new pleasure for Friday mornings is a coffee and power bagel with low fat honey almond cream cheese. Oh so good.

2. I am obsessed with How I Met Your Mother. I only started watching this season, but have slowly caught up on the previous seasons by watching re-runs. This is one of the funniest shows around and my side always hurts after watching.

3. I am obsessed with online "looking". As opposed to online shopping. I never buy anything online for fear I won't like it or it won't fit, but I love to look and then go to the store to find it.

4. I am obsessed with Natural White Cheddar Cheetos. Thanks to Shay for turning me on to these. Landry and I both could sit and eat these in the afternoon and eat the whole bag if it weren't for Tim telling me to cook dinner and the fact that Landry needs to eat her real food! Thanks babe for keeping us in check.

5. I am obsessed with my weekends. It's the only time I have to spend with Tim and Landry, so I always make sure to jam pack in something for all 72 hours! If you will notice all my weekend posts are filled to the brim with things we have done. Tim was just saying how he would like one weekend where we don't have to go anywhere or do anything, but I can't help it, I'm a planner. Plus, I love going out and doing something with my two favorite people!

So, now is the part where I deem five blogs fabulous as well.

1. Melissa

2. Dani (at least this will make her post something!)

3. Stephanie

4. Katy

5. Sara

Too Cute Tuesday

This week's Too Cute Tuesday is of Landry and her new favorite thing to do lately. We moved right from crawling to standing up and holding on to everything. If there is something that is her height around her, she will automatically hold on to it and stand up.

Oh my goodness, she is getting so big, so fast!

Weekend with Mr. Wheeler

This weekend's wrap up is brought to you by Landry!

This weekend a very good friend of my parents came to stay with us. I love when people come to stay with us. Mr. Wheeler was one of my parents teachers when they were seniors in high school. He wasn't much older than them, so they became friends with him and his wife, Mandy. From what my mom tells me, they have been very good to my mom and dad over the years.

I had such a good time playing with him. He has 4 kids, so he was really good with me. He even got down on the floor and tried to wrestle with me. I told him that I was a lady and that ladies don't wrestle!

Then, he and my dad went here on Saturday

While my mom and I went here

I love shopping with my mom. We even got to have a girls lunch together. She told me it would be the first of many shopping trips and lunches.

I was sad to see Mr. Wheeler go home. I slept for 3 and a half hours Sunday afternoon because I was so tired.

Hope you all had a great weekend as well.

Random Pictures from the Week

Just thought I would share some of the cute pictures I took this week of our girl.

This is Landry's new favorite addiction. If I put her on the ground, she automatically will crawl to this table.

This is what I saw when we got home the other day. She loves her little hoodie jackets and will keep the hoods on.

Do I have anything on my face? We gave her egg for the first time Saturday, and she loved it! So much so, that she stuffed it in her mouth! My girl loves to eat.

Sunday was the first time we could brake out the boots. I love these little sweater boots on her. Look at how her foot tilts ever so slightly, so cute!

I just had to throw this one in. I absolutely love her feet. She has no ankles, but her feet are so cute.

Too Cute Tuesday

This week's Too Cute Tuesday is of Landry before we left for the fair. I had to snap a picture of her in her pumpkin hat and shirt. This pose that she is doing is our new thing. Whenever we see someone other than Tim or I, she does this little pose. It's the "I'm pretending to be shy, but I want you to see how cute I am" pose.

I LOVE this little girl so much!

Fair Day

We have had such a fun weekend!

On Friday, Tim and I had the opportunity to have a date night. Thanks to Tim's wonderful sister, Stephanie, we got to go see Couples Retreat. It was really good. Thank you Steph for watching Landry, it was so nice for Tim and I to be able to get out of the house just the two of us!

Saturday, we went to the fair with my mom and dad. I absolutely love the fair, and I hope to pass this love down to my daughter. We of course had to take a picture in front of Big Tex!

Then, by chance, as we were walking towards the car exhibits Tim saw the actual Big Tex! This is the man that is his voice. Tim had seen him on some special and recognized him. After mom and I got our picture with him, everyone else started to recognize him and followed suit.

Here is mom and I with the famous Fletcher's Corny Dog. My favorite!

I decided to try the fried butter. It wasn't too bad, but you definitely need to like butter to eat it.

After that, I wanted to take Landry on a ride, and there was only one that would allow a baby on there, so we got to ride! At first, she wasn't so sure and held on to my hand for dear life, but then warmed up and like it.

Mom and I got to test drive one of the new Chevy cars.

Landry had so much fun, that we wore her out!
